Free printable prayer sheets
Four free sheets to print and fill in by hand: a 108-bead mala tracker with a 27-bead quarter version, a rosary decade guide, a tasbih card for after prayer and an Advent 2026 tracker. Each comes as a PDF in A4 and US Letter, with the texts taken from Japa's practice library.
Mala tracker: 108 beads, and 27 for a quarter
Two pages. The first is a ring of 108 beads to tick, one for each recitation, with lines for the mantra, the date, the rounds and an intention; every 27th bead is heavier, to mark the quarters. The second has four rings of 27, a quarter mala each, for a shorter sitting or a wrist mala.
Read why a mala has 108 beads and how to use a mala, or count online with the japa counter.
Rosary decade guide

One page. The Our Father, the Hail Mary and the Glory Be in full; a ring of fifty circles in five decades, with a larger bead for the Our Father before each; and the twenty mysteries in their four sets, with the days the USCCB gives them.
Read how to pray the rosary with a counter, or count online with the rosary counter.
Tasbih after prayer card

Two cards to a page, to cut apart and keep by the prayer mat. Subḥān Allāh, Al-ḥamdu lillāh and Allāhu akbar in Arabic script with transliteration and meaning, a row of circles for each, and a note on the two forms: 33, 33 and 34 in Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 596, and 33 of each with the tahlīl in Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 597.
Read what the tasbih after prayer is, or count online with the tasbih counter.
Advent 2026 tracker
One page for the twenty-six days from Sunday 29 November to Christmas Eve 2026: each day's reflection title from Japa's Advent programme, and three circles each for the Lord's Prayer and the Glory Be. The four Sundays are shaded.
Read the reflections in Advent, Waiting for the Light, or see how Advent is kept and count online.
Printing and sharing
Print at full size, without scaling to fit, on plain paper. The sheets are white with coloured lines, so they use little ink and photocopy well in black and white. Each carries a small japa.life footer and nothing else; there is no advertising on the paper.
The prayers and phrases are read from the app's practice library when the sheets are drawn, so they match Japa's practice pages word for word. Where traditions differ, the sheet says so.
Questions
Are these printable prayer sheets free?
Yes. Each sheet is a free PDF in A4 and US Letter. There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing on the paper asks you to buy anything.
Can I print copies for my parish, temple, mosque or group?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like, for yourself, your family or a group, or include them in a newsletter. A link back to this page helps others find them.
Where do the prayer texts come from?
From the practice library in the Japa app, the same texts its practice pages show. The rosary's mystery names and days follow the list the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops gives. Wording varies between communities; use the form you were taught.
Are these sheets endorsed by a church, temple or teacher?
No. Japa is an independent app made by Colin Sergay, and the sheets are not affiliated with or endorsed by any church, mosque, temple, teacher or lineage.
Do I need the Japa app to use them?
No. The sheets work on their own with a pen. If you would rather count on a screen, the free online counters on this site and the Japa app keep the same counts.
